Intranet has its own varieties of benefits that would greatly help the university get enhanced in many ways. The university could use intranet by having a private website or some sort wherein university transactions could be done such as forums like discussing important issues that could make or break things inside the university and as well as collection of data that might be needed by any concerned staff in the university that would be really helpful in performing tasks relevant to the school needs. The use of intranet would greatly improve the university's collaboration aspect that may result to more better ideas and concepts.
