The SITS Logo Designing Contest has finally been concluded and the rightful logo has been chosen. On July 23, 2008, Thursday, our respected dean, Engr. Quimno Val has laided his satisfaction for the appropriate logo. The talented IT student who designed the winning entry is MR. ERIC IBASCO, 4th year IT student.
In behalf of the whole SITS organization, I would like to thank the students who have exerted their efforts for the competition namely: Mr. Thomas Tangian, Mr. Jalil Paniam-baan, Mr. Ronic Winmar Concepcion and also to those who have tried to join but didn't have the chance to pass their entries. And also give our congatulations to EKER!
Please don't hesitate to exert and show your talents to the world. There is more to winning the contest than just getting a tangible prize (or free shirt). It's the way you are to be recognized for your talent and skills and how you shared it to the world. Remember, 'our name is our virtue' (J. Mraz).

Sir Randy, we decided to change the old logo to have a formal one..since Sir cagape said, we should have a logo contest to launched a SITS logo formally. So everyone would know, how it was conceived, who designed it and what was its meaning related to the organization objectives and goals.
